On Wednesday at 10.30 we went to on the Waka trip with Mum and Maddy in mums car.We got to the river.Yay finally we got their.firstly Mrs North said to sit on the hill,so we all sat on the hill.Then we got our lifejackets on.The man talked all about how we do it.Of course safety.So then the whole class bordered along.Paddle,paddle,paddle.At last he talked about this special rock.We turned around and bordered oof but Casey, Leo,Maia,Naomi said a big thank u.The whole class said thank u very much.So we all got back happy and sadly.I felt great.So that was room6 Waka trip. In writing learning we are to write recounts. Something I did well was finishing my recount with a sentence about how I felt.
